Every estimate checked by hand
A request starts a conversation. We look at the surface, agree on a price and day, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
Surface limits discussed first
Decorative or fragile finishes may be declined. Oil, rust, paint, oxidation, and severe staining require inspection and may cost extra.
Your water and power
Work requires an outdoor spigot and GFCI-protected outlet within about 25 feet of the cleaning area.
Clear starting prices
For the first 10 residential customers, driveway Introductory Pricing is $100 up to 900 sq. ft., then $0.12 per additional sq. ft. After the offer, the same $100 minimum covers 900 sq. ft., then $0.15 per additional sq. ft. You receive the final quote before work begins, including any travel charge outside Duncan.
The $100 appointment minimum applies once to the combined service total, not to each surface.
