The practical conditions below apply to estimate requests and concrete cleaning work from SELI Wash Co..
Estimates and prices
Estimates are free. Listed prices are starting points for ordinary, accessible work and are not final quotes. Size, buildup, staining, access, surface condition, treatment, and travel can change the price. You receive the final quote before work begins.
Standalone appointments have a $50minimum. Steps are $10 each when added to another service during the same visit.
Service area and travel
Service is based in Duncan, Oklahoma. Work outside Duncan is considered by request. Travel is $5per additional mile and is included in the quote before approval.
Making a request
The estimate form checks your answers in your browser and prepares a text message for you to review. Your request reaches SELI Wash Co. only when you send that message from your own messaging app, or when you call or email us directly. Preparing a message does not place a request.
Photos are attached in your messaging app; this website does not upload them.
Scheduling
Estimate requests do not reserve a time. Every request, price, and work day is confirmed directly. Regular work days are Tuesday and Thursday, 9am to 6pm; weekend work may be considered by request.
What the property provides
Work requires an accessible outdoor water spigot and working outdoor GFCI-protected outlet, with the cleaning area within about 25 feet of both.
Surfaces and results
Service is limited to ordinary concrete flatwork. Decorative, painted, coated, sealed, stamped, or otherwise fragile surfaces may be declined. Unusual surfaces are assessed before work begins.
Oil, rust, paint, gum, and deeply embedded stains may not come out, and some staining is permanent. Expected results are discussed before the job starts.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo.
